The Albany Regional Centre Development
The Albany Regional Development is located in Albany, about ten minutes north of Auckland City on Auckland’s North Shore. Some 200 hectares are being developed for a combination of residential, commercial and industrial uses. underway since 1994 with completion of the project expected to take another four to five years.
