2025 Tasmania Chapter Congress and Annual Dinner

Please join us for the Tasmania Chapter Congress and Annual Dinner.

At 6:00 PM on Thursday 4 December 2025 at The Telegraph Hotel, 19 Morrison Street, Hobart, TAS, 7000.

The annual Congress will start promptly at 6 pm and run for ~30 minutes. Please arrive by 6 pm, but feel free to arrive earlier to enjoy a drink and catch up with colleagues beforehand. A rooftop area has been reserved starting at 5:45 pm.

Those members that join us for Congress are invited to join us (at no charge) for our Annual Dinner at the same venue straight after the meeting.

Please RSVP via the event link. This is especially important for planning contingency arrangements in case of patio-unfriendly weather.

Nominations should be submitted using the attached form, returned to Nick Roberts, AGS Tasmania Chapter Chair. Nominations will be accepted until COB, Monday 1 December 2025.

The congress will also be available to attend via Zoom: Register for the Zoom session.

Engineers Australia members participating in AGS technical sessions can record attendance on their personal CPD logs. Members should refer to Engineers Australia CPD policy for details on CPD types, requirements and auditing guidelines.
