16th ANZ Young Geotechnical Professionals Conference

Conference Summary

Held every 2 years, the ANZ Young Geotechnical Professional’s Conference (YGPC) is a joint initiative of the Australian Geomechanics Society (AGS) and the New Zealand Geotechnical Society (NZGS) and is for geotechnical professionals from Australia and New Zealand up to 35 years of age. It is designed for all attendees to present a technical paper on any topic of interest/experience related to the field of geomechanics, engineering geology or geotechnical engineering.

Along with the technical presentations, the conference will involve social events to encourage networking between delegates, and a field trip to Kuranda Historical Railway.
